Jean will ask a few questions, consult the calendar, and arrange the program.  Jean can also make arrangements for your club or group to participate in an on-campus visit (including a meal in one of our facilities or cottages or a local restaurant).  Club, District, and Zone meetings are a delight!

  • Date Preferred and Alternate

Meal Prices for On-Campus Activities (Subject to change!)  Check with Jean for current prices.

Catered Events (These figures are for regular meals - pig pickings, steak, seafood, hors d'oeuvres are different.)

  • 0 to 19 guests $200 plus tax and 15% tip

  • 20 to 29 guests $9.95 per person plus tax and 15% tip

  • 30 to 49 guests $8.95 per person plus tax and 15% tip

  • 50 to 74 guests $7.95 per person plus tax and 15% tip

  • 75 to 99 guests $6.95 per person plus tax and 15% tip

  • 100 and up $6.50 per person plus tax and 15% tip

  • Menu #1 Fried Chicken $6.75 per person

  • Menu #2 Roast Beef  $7.25 per person

  • Menu #3 Baked Ham $7.25 per person

  • Menu #4 BBQ Chicken $5.75 per person

  • Menu #5 Turkey w/Dressing $5.75 per person (only available Nov. & Dec.)

Boys and Girls Homes Prepared Regular Meals (same as children)
